- Dominion Document Shredding’s mobile unit visits our Client’s premises for the purposes of collecting the designated materials and shredding them on-site.Dominion Document Shredding shall receives the designated materials from an authorized persons identified by the Client.(Please note:That our Clients may change who their authorized person is at any time by written notice to Dominion Document Shredding; however, this notice is not effective until five days following its actual receipt of Dominion Document Shredding.)
- The authorized person acknowledges destruction of the designated materials by signature upon the completion of destruction.The signature of the authorized person serves as conclusive proof that Dominion Document Shredding has destroyed the designated materials to the Client’s full satisfaction.
- Dominion Document Shredding removes the designated materials remnants and disposes of them in any lawful manner.The current manner is to take all shredding materials to be recycled.We at Dominion Document Shredding are passionate about safe guarding the environment.
